The Race at Darlington was called off after second round of Qualifying when a quick storm moved in and caused it to be a problem finishing the race.

Kauffman Motorsports Wins At KDS Motorsports
Season Opener For 2009
Kauffman Motorsports took their New ride to a season opening Win at KDS Motorsports this weekend in Kinston N.C. The track record was broke for a automatic promod 3 times! First by Dewayne Silance with a 4.09 @ 178mph and Then Herman Sheppard 4.05 @ 182mph and Troy Jorden went a 4.04.2 @ 183mph paired up with Herman who ran a 4.09.1 @ 181mph.
It was one bad drag race! It came down to Troy Jordan and Robby Matthews in the finals with Robby getting the Win. Troy Broke just off the line.
